Leaders

Senior Preschool — 3-5 years

The Leaders program focuses on building school readiness through structured play. Children engage in purposeful activities including storytelling, early maths games, and role-play to develop literacy, numeracy, and social awareness in meaningful ways. Educators guide daily routines that encourage focus, independence and self-regulation — helping each child grow in confidence and feel ready for the next step.

Our Philosophy

Children explore interests through long-term, hands-on projects such as investigating plant growth or collaborative art. Educators support creativity, problem-solving and independent thinking. Group activities like collaborative art and team games build friendships and empathy, helping children navigate social dynamics confidently. Children's voices are captured when developing the educational programme.
